1.RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES

• Upon receipt of a firm reservation containing all relevant information such as dates of arrival and departure, room type, rates, transfers and any supplementary information, Views Boutique Hotel & Spa will issue the Guest with a Confirmation Letter, Confirmation Number and a Pro Forma Invoice, which will constitute acceptance of the reservation.

2. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY

• A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. Views Boutique Hotel & Spa reserves the right, without notice to the Guest, to release any accommodation held where the required payment has not been made in full within the stated period.
• Any discrepancies on the Confirmation Letter/Pro Forma Invoice must be addressed at time of reservation.
• The Pro-forma Invoice will detail the total net amount due at the time of reservation.
• All bank charges are for the account of the Guest and will not be paid by Views Boutique Hotel & Spa.
• Full pre-payment is required thirty (30) days prior to scheduled date of arrival.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Only written cancellations will be accepted; the Guest is to ensure that it receives an acknowledgment of cancellation from Views Boutique Hotel & Spa.
• In the event of premature departure, the full account as per original confirmed reservation will be charged.
• The Guest shall be liable for the following cancellation fees on the cancellation of a confirmed reservation, namely:
