Opening Hours: Daily from 9am – 7pm. The Gym is open from 6am – 9pm for your convenience.

Surrender: Relax, this is time reserved especially for you. Trust your therapist, you are in the best hands, revel in your treatment and know that you deserve this healthy interlude. 

Communicating your preferences: We would like to customize your treatment to the finest detail of your preference. Please complete our consultation card prior to your treatment to guide us in our product and treatment selection.

Advance booking: Your preferred treatment time is important to us and we do recommend that you book as far in advance as possible.

Punctuality: Ideally arrive 15-30 minutes early so you can enjoy an unhurried transition into the Spa. If you are late, your treatment time may have to be shortened.

Medical conditions: Be sure to mention any medical conditions when you book your Spa day. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you.

Spa Cuisine: The Views Hotel offers two exquisite eating venues that overlooks the ocean. Both offer healthy wholesome meals to complete your day at the spa. Try not to eat for at least an hour before a treatment, and avoid the consumption of alcohol on the day of a treatment. Drink plenty of water before and afterward, especially if you plan to enjoy heat therapy.

Using shared facilities: On arrival you will be provided with a Spa robe and slip-on shoes. Swimsuits are required in all public areas. Always shower before entering any of the sauna or pools. When enjoying the sauna or steam room, always sit on your towel and wear the slip-on shoes provided by the Spa.

Whisper: Please keep conversations in the treatment areas at a low volume.

Cell phones: Please turn off all cell-phones before entering the Spa.

Smoking: With improved health as a goal we support a smoke free environment.

Children: Teenagers from the age of 12 are welcome when accompanied by an adult, for safety as well as the impact on the comfort and relaxation of others.

Cancellation: 24 hour cancellation period is required. Any appointment that is not cancelled with 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee on all treatments.

Payment: Credit or debit card details will be taken to secure your booking, however treatments will not be charged until the day of your visit. Please ensure that you settle all charges before leaving the spa.
